Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days (Monday–Friday)
Shipping Costs: Free shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.

Shipping Process

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery at any time.

Delays
If your order has not arrived after the maximum delivery time of 12 business days, please contact us directly with your order number. We will immediately work on a solution.

Cancellations
Cancellation is possible until processing begins (maximum 24 hours after order placement). After this, orders can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@athenabodywear.com with photos of the issue.

You can choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
