Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, the following conditions apply:
Return Period
You can return items within 30 days after receiving them.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
After 30 days, returns are no longer possible.
Note: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- No restocking fees apply.
Return Process
- Contact: Send an email with your order number and reason for return to support@athenabodywear.com. Returns without prior confirmation cannot be processed.
- Instructions: You will receive detailed return instructions from us.
- Packaging: Please pack the items carefully to avoid transport damage.
- Return Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the goods, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 10 days after confirmation of the return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@athenabodywear.com. We will assist you with selecting a replacement item or processing the exchange.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation is possible until processing begins (maximum 24 hours after placing the order). After that, cancellation is no longer possible.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos.
You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
