  • Shipping costs: Free shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Shipping process

  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
  • Processing usually takes 1-3 working days.
  • After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your delivery at any time.

Delays
If your order has not arrived after the maximum delivery time of 12 working days, please contact us directly with your order number. We will take care of a solution immediately.

Cancellations
Cancellations are possible until processing begins (maximum 24 hours after order receipt). After that, orders can no longer be cancelled.
