Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, the following conditions apply:

Return period

  • You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Prerequisite: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached.
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  • Note: The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days remains unaffected by this.

Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
  • There are no restocking fees.

Return procedure

  • Contact: Send an email with the order number and reason for return to support@athenabodywear.com. Returns without prior confirmation cannot be processed.
  • Instructions: You will receive detailed instructions from us on the return process.
  • Packaging: Please pack carefully to avoid damage during transport.
  • Return shipping: Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

  • After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
  • The refund will be made within 10 days of confirmation of the return.

Exchange

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@athenabodywear.com.
  • We will help you select a replacement item or process your return.

Order cancellations

  • Cancellation is possible until processing begins (maximum 24 hours after ordering).
  • After that, cancellation is not possible.

Defective or incorrect items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos.
  • You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
